We handle clothing, electronics, small furnishings, kitchen appliances and more. As long as it fits in our trailer dimensions() and is safely packaged, we can move it. We don’t carry illegal or dangerous items.
We perform a free cursory check upon arrival, however for a small additional fee, our rider will check that the item turns on, matches the description in the ad, and is in the condition you were expecting before leaving the seller. If something doesn’t add up, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
Our pricing is based on distance between the collection and delivery address, plus optional add-ons like the inspection service or timed delivery window. You get an instant quote before you commit to anything.
You can pay now by card online, pay by card reader when our rider collects, or pay cash at collection. You choose at the time of booking.
We cover Calderdale including Halifax, Hebden Bridge, Brighouse and Elland, plus within 2 miles of Bradford, Leeds and Huddersfield town centres.
Just make sure they know our rider is coming and roughly when. You’ll be asked to confirm the seller is aware when you book. If you provide their contact details, we can also give them tracking access.
Before You Book
Our riders are part of the environment. Here’s how we handle things in the real world.
- The Route: Our systems monitor road conditions in real-time. Delivery times are estimates, but our tech helps us navigate traffic and route changes effectively.
- Official Delays: If our system flags a major incident such as a police diversion or full road closure, we’ll adjust immediately. We aren’t responsible for delays when the entire route is officially held up.
- Weather Safety: If conditions aren’t safe to ride through, our riders shelter in place. We don’t take risks with your gear or our people.
- Handover: We allow 5 minutes for handover at each end. If our rider is kept waiting longer, we may need to move on or add a waiting fee.
- Packaging: We’re on bikes — make sure items are packed securely. We can’t be held responsible for damage to items not properly protected for a bike journey.
- The Basics: No illegal or dangerous items. Goods are carried at your own risk unless specific insurance is agreed in writing before the job starts.
