The moment you request a collection—whether it’s a full supermarket click-and-collect or a specific list of items from a local shop—our system quietly activates in the background. Our engine calculates the smartest route across our cycle network, integrating your pickup into the daily schedule. Once your details are in, the job is ready to be locked in with a single click From 8:00 AM through to 11:00 PM, we are on the ground keeping you connected to your local shops. Our system coordinates the collection during the day, and as the evening winds down after 8:00 PM, our direct line takes over for nighttime essentials like milk or tobacco. You’ll receive a unique Job Reference and Tracking Number immediately, giving you a direct window into your shop-to-door delivery with no added platform fees or hidden service charges.

To keep things simple, our system “quietly” creates an initial account for you the moment you request your first shop collection, allowing us to gather the data needed to build your order and track your items accurately. We believe in total control: if you decide not to proceed, there is a dedicated button to delete your account and all associated data instantly. Built for Intelligent Pricing, every booking triggers a suite of real-time functions where our system works in the background to solve the local pricing conundrum by analyzing receipts scanned into the network. This builds a real-time picture of local costs; if a pint of milk is logged at 6:00 PM, the system remembers that price so the next person gets that verified data automatically, replacing guesswork with actual shop-floor data. Intelligent Records allow the dashboard to serve as your personal archive, letting you look back at exactly what you bought in the past with access to fully itemized records and digital receipts. Complete Transparency is at the core of everything we do, providing a “Quick View” of your activity and a direct link to our invoicing panel for a deep dive into your entire transaction history, ensuring you have a clear and permanent record of your essentials whenever you need it.
Multiple Ways to Pay We offer a range of payment methods designed to suit your needs. Whether you prefer the immediacy of Card payments or the traditional reliability of Cash, our system is built to accommodate you. Complete Transparency is at the core of our payment process. While our Smart Dashboard uses real-time data to provide the most accurate pricing possible, shop prices can fluctuate; therefore, our quotes act as a guaranteed “price ceiling.” If the actual shop floor price is lower than the last recorded price in our system, we ensure you only pay the lower amount. For Cash payments, your rider will return the difference to you on the spot; for Card payments, we will issue a refund for the difference back to your card immediately upon completion of the job.
Secure & Transparent Billing Regardless of how you choose to pay, every transaction is handled with total honesty. Your invoices are generated automatically and stored within your Smart Dashboard and Invoicing Panel for easy access, allowing you to track every penny and see exactly where any price adjustments or refunds were applied. By starting with a lean, agile financial structure, we ensure that our overheads stay low and our focus remains exactly where it should be: on the security and reliability of your delivery.

Our riders are part of the environment. We use smart tracking and routing systems to keep your delivery moving through the streets. Because we work in the real world, here is how we handle things:
The Route: Our systems monitor road conditions in real-time to pick the best path. Delivery times are estimates, but our tech helps us navigate the day’s traffic and route changes effectively.
Official Delays: If our system flags a major incident—like a police diversion or a total road closure—it will alert us immediately so we can adjust. We aren’t responsible for delays when the entire route is officially held up, but our tech ensures we’re the first to know and move when things clear.
Smart Weather Safety: We track the weather closely. If our system detects conditions that aren’t safe to ride through, our riders are instructed to shelter in place. We don’t take risks with your gear or our people, and we’ll get moving the second the system gives us the green light.
Handover: To keep the network running on time, we allow 5 minutes for the handover at each end. If our rider is kept waiting longer than that, we may have to move on to the next job or add a waiting fee to the quote.
Packaging: We’re on bikes, so make sure your items are packed securely. We can’t be held responsible for damage to items that weren’t properly protected for a bike journey.
The Basics: No illegal or dangerous items. Goods are carried at your own risk unless specific insurance cover is agreed in writing before the job starts.
