We’re a fledgling local business putting our heart and soul into a delivery service that actually treats people fairly. We built our JIT Dashboards to coordinate your lunch down to the minute—straight from the cafe to the workplace with no middleman stops.
We don’t fleece our partners. Unlike the giant apps, we don’t hammer cafes with 20% commissions or hit you with “handling fees.”
Cafes: A flat £5/month for the tech.
Workplaces: Delivery fee plus A one-off £1/person setup (your first delivery free).
JIT Imagination We’ve taken the idea of “Just-In-Time” and pointed it straight at your lunch. No more guessing when your food might show up—we use our own custom dashboards and smart routing to make sure the cafe and your workplace are always on the same page. It’s about getting your food to you while it’s actually still hot.
Once you’re in, you can pick from our partner cafes or even suggest your own local favourite (as long as they’re within 1.5 miles). You’ll get a tracking number the second you order, so you can see exactly where your food is in real-time.
To get the ball rolling, your first delivery is on us. We just ask for a one-off £1 registration fee per person. That pound goes straight back into keeping the tech running and adding new features to make the dashboard even easier to use. There’s a feedback box right there on your screen, too—if you’ve got an idea to make the service better, tell us. We’re building this for you, so we want to make it work exactly how you want it.
Strategic Command Your dashboard is the heart of the operation. While anyone can technically use it, we recommend having one or two registered admins to keep things running smoothly. We’ve spent a lot of time engineering this control panel to make sure it has exactly what you need, exactly when you need it.
Built for Proactive Planning Every booking triggers real-time functions, starting with your custom menu. You’ll have a direct view of everything your partner cafe has to offer, along with your full order history. We took it a step further with the People Tab: you can view individual order histories, hit a one-click reorder, or use the “Buzz” button to instantly notify Paul in the warehouse that his bacon butty is ready. It’s technology designed to keep you informed every step of the way.
Intelligent Value This is where the innovation kicks in. We provide the custom dashboard and the service framework for free, supported by a flat £3.65 delivery fee. Others might be cheaper, but they don’t offer a bespoke, direct service. Your food goes straight from the cafe to your workplace, not on a tour around Halifax.
Complete Transparency Beyond the logistics, you have total control. Your dashboard provides a “Quick View” of your activity, with a direct link to our full invoicing panel for a deep dive into your entire transaction history of your delivery fees.
Simple Payments & Logistics One thing to keep in mind: you pay us separately from the cafe. When you place an order through your dashboard, you’ll pay for your food there and then using your card. We handle the rest, making sure the cafe is paid and the logistics are sorted. As for our delivery fees, these are billed separately through the invoicing panel on your dashboard, keeping your food costs and service costs clear and organized. We’re currently working with our partner cafes to streamline this behind the scenes, so they can focus on the cooking while we focus on the delivery.
Secure & Transparent Billing Regardless of how you choose to pay, every transaction is handled with total transparency. Your invoices are generated automatically and stored within your Invoicing Panel for easy access. By starting with a lean, agile financial structure, we ensure that our overheads stay low and our focus remains exactly where it should be: on the freshness and speed of your delivery.
